Private parties are $449 + tax on Monday – Saturday and $399 + tax on Sunday Funday.

Individual pub crawl seats are $45 + tax on Monday – Saturday and $39 + tax on Sunday Funday.

All passengers with your tour are required to be 21+. Family groups with a parent on board may have children under 21 for private parties only.

No, the Bike Bars always start and end at a designated spot and require reservations in advance.

A Bike Bar tour can hold a maximum of 15 people. The minimum people required to operate a bike bar is 8 depending on the pedaling abilities of the group. For private parties, you can book with only 8 people but the price is the same as if you have 15, so the price gets better and better with more people on board.

We allow you to bring food and alcoholic beverages on board, and we provide coolers, ice, and cups for you. You are allowed to bring cans of beer as well as wine, seltzers, and hard lemonade on board. BUT NO HARD LIQUOR OR GLASS ALLOWED! Anything not in a can should be in a resealable plastic bottle. The Dallas Bike Bar is subject to all laws and Regulations of The City of Dallas.

Individual seats on a pub crawl are paid in full when booking. Private parties require a 50% deposit with the rest charged the day of to the card on file. You can cancel or reschedule and get a full refund outside of 14 days from your reservation date. You can book by giving us a call or booking through our online reservation system which is the easiest.

Bring anything that you might need like water, your alcohol, or any snacks. Our drivers will have music if you don’t have a playlist you would like to play but you can bring your own device as well. We provide coolers, ice, and cups for you.

You can cancel or reschedule and get a full refund outside of 14 days from your reservation date. You will not receive a refund within 14 days of cancelling.
